The Company’s investment objective is to provide Shareholders with high, good quality income from a portfolio of property comprising primarily Well-tenanted Commercial Real Estate located in the Geographic Target Market. In building the portfolio, the Directors will pay particular focus to commercial real estate assets in Ireland, with a particular focus on office and industrial assets let to Irish government entities and other State Bodies, IDA Ireland supported and other FDI companies, and larger corporates principally located:
The Company is committed to high standards of corporate governance and the Board is responsible for ensuring those high standards are achieved. Companies admitted to trading on the AIM or Euronext Growth are not required to comply with the UK Corporate Governance Code or the Irish Corporate Governance Annex. Given the commitment to good governance practice, the Board will comply with the principles of good governance contained in the UK Code and the Irish Annex insofar as they are appropriate given the size of the Company and its operations. The Company was incorporated on 5 April 2018 in Ireland under the Companies Act with registered number 623896.
The Company is not incorporated in the UK and as such the rights of shareholders may be different from the rights of shareholders in a UK incorporated company.
The main country of operation of the Company is the Republic of Ireland.
The ordinary shares in the Company are admitted to trading on the AIM Market of London Stock Exchange plc and the Euronext Growth market of Euronext Dublin.
Other than the above, the Company has not applied for or agreed to have its securities admitted to or traded on any other exchange or trading platform.
The number of issued shares is 111,572,210 as at 9 June 2020.
There are no restrictions on the transfer of securities.
The Company is a public limited company incorporated in Ireland and its ordinary shares are admitted to trading on the Euronext Growth of Euronext Dublin and AIM of the London Stock Exchange. As a result, the company is subject to the provisions of the Irish Takeover Rules. The Irish Takeover Rules regulate acquisitions of the company’s securities. Irish Takeover rules are defines as “The Irish Takeover Panel Act 1997, Takeover Rules, 2007 (as amended).
